convenient to the fun fair and Nike outlet Only a short drive in to Alicante Minutes from the main AP7 Beds are quite comfy Mini Fridge Staff very welcoming and helpful

parking is awful, so I had to park in the hotel, which was 7 euros a night Breakfast only 6 euros but very basic room was warm at first and only communal control for whole hotel Had a kitchen area but nothing there apart from a sink. Maybe could have put a microwave and kettle???

Nice Place to Stay in San Vicente

Nice hotel. The rooms are a bit spare, but quite comfortable.

Heat seems to be on in the building, and the rooms are very warm unless the windows are open.

A great place to stay in Alicante outside of the city center

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the location is great and near the tram, it's beautiful around the university, with a lot of biodiversity, and it's fun to stay in a university villa overall.

They could've had a bit more variety with the foods offered for breakfast but otherwise it was perfect.
