    The villa had all necessary facilities that one would need for a vacation. The BBQ was an addition which we used pretty often. This was also overlooking the beach so one could just either enjoy the view or walk 2 minutes to it.

    The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The owners were exceptionally kind and very helpful.
    We would have liked to have a small fridge in the pool area. Air conditioning would have been welcome.

    very attentive host,who ensured we were well looked after,lovely villa.
    spacious villa,with all we needed,and the owner/cleaner phoned for our taxi home,which was very useful.
    could have been a bit nearer to Porta del Carmen,but that was our fault for not checking,

    Everything we needed for a couple holiday
    The property was amazing just what we wanted close to the airport there is a spar 2 minute walk. The villa had everything we needed the pool and bbq area were a fav extra to have we used it every day. I host was amazing help with anything that we needed and gave great recommendations. I did read reviews before and someone mentioned about not having english tv - this isnt true so if the channel is showing an english show you can change the language on the remote in both living room and bedroom. There was a bus to go down to the strip if you wanted night life there is also a mercadonna where we got out food for the week. Your right on the beach and there is restaurants close by. If your wanting a chilled holiday this is perfect but also has the added extra if you want to go to the night life its very easy to get to highly recommended

    Villa Amanecer had everything that was needed for the holiday. The villa was extremely clean. Both the pool and the barbecue is a great feature to the property especially during the high temperatures. The area is perfect. It is close to Matagorda but also a short walk to the main strip with a Spar just down from the Villa. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property and can also be seen from the upstairs balcony. We were greeted by the representative for the property on arrival. He was very welcoming and provided a full walk around of the property. We will definitely be back!

    Had a great and very relaxing week. It was a lovely apartment to stay in, despite a few niggles.
    Location was good. There were restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk and recycling facilities within a minute's walk. The area was quiet, peaceful and felt safe. The upstairs terrace was fabulous. It was spacious with lovely views. The apartment was also spacious and the kitchen was very good and well equipped.
    The plug below the TV was coming off the wall, and it's also quite a few feet from the TV, so bring an extension lead if you're bringing a firestick. The pool wasn't very clean but it was too cold to use, so we didn't inform the owner until we were leaving, and I'm sure he would have rectified the problem had we told him. It would have have been nice to have had the option of heating the pool, but we knew that this wasn't available before we went. There was a safety lattice attached to the spindles at the top of the stairs which didn't look very good, and probably wouldn't have been very effective at preventing children from falling through. A small fridge downstairs would have been a bonus as the kitchen is upstairs.
