    highly recomended
    The location was excellent.
    The telephone number provided was incorrect. Had to call Booking.com customer services in the UK for assistance, unfortunatly they didn't help and held me on the phone for 15mins. not the Villa Aqua fault but thsy should know.

    The house is beautiful and big enough if you are travelling with family
    The pool is too deep for kids, other bedrooms did not have lockers/keys.The housekeeper only cleans weekdays not weekends. Garage is too small our car did not fit.

    Everything was clean, but a bit old. Kitchen floor and pantry Doors were sticky / greasy. Overall bit pricey for what it was, compared to other Villas around.

    No value for money. Smelly and unclean carpets
    The View and the area the place is located
    They house is not clean at all, we would find the place as we had left it. They have a wooden floor and you could still see the foot prints, they didnt even clean the floors. The carpet it the tv room was very dirty. The carpets in the other rooms were not clean, the rooms with carpets had a musty smell. The kitchen wasnt cleaned . We were told they only change towels once for the duration of our stay. The bedding wasnt changed either. The bed were not done properly. The told us they have back up inverters but when there was load shedding, it didnt work , they could only help the following day. We spent evening in the dark. The managers were not helpful at all.

    The garage couldnt accommodate the vehicle due to the storage compartment in there.

    The TV did not work in the bedrooms I think they need to buy at least fleas blankets as on loadshedding we did get cold

    Super spacious, gorgeous views and definitely a luxurious stay! Would highly recommend!
    Location was amazing and the views superb! The host was always in contact and the villa was super clean and spacious and was just like the photos! We loved it!
    Very small things that could be improved upon ie the TV is better placed in the larger lounge; the shower door in the top bathroom doesn't close and the water pressure in the other bathroom on the top floor was weak. Some mirrors in the upper floor rooms would be great too for getting dressed and styling hair for instance. Just small areas for improvement that would make this place stellar.
