    Nothin is too much trouble for Birth and his team
    Nothing was too much trouble for Birth and his team. The communication was exceptional from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. They really did go above and beyond and the 5 bed villa was spotless. The response was always immediate whenever we WhatsApped a question or request. He also organised massages, a day tour and a private chef for us and was always there to answer any questions - everything was always spot on. He even specially ordered in a cafetiere for my extremely particular coffee addict friend who I was travelling with.
    The location is fabulous in terms of views but it's not ideal in terms of getting to some of the places we wanted to go to, and you need a taxi really to get to and from it as the road is so steep. Taxis are really cheap though, the longest trip was around 40 mins and we just WhatsApped Birth and his team whenever we wanted one. We had some issues with the original (3 bed) villa we had booked but were immediately upgraded to the 5 bed at no extra cost.

    Large Villa. Perfect for Family and Friends
    Large Villa with space to fit a big group. We stay here during Songkran and it was great to see the Water activities back in the main area. The pool was great with an amazing view. Big kitchen with everything you need.
    TV in the lounge has seen better days. Location wise it is a bit further away from everything however we had a car so it wasn't a big deal.

    The villa was awesome, beautiful views and really well appointed. Had everything we needed. Close enough to everything but far enough that you get very little noise
    The walk up the hill to get home at the end of the night! But seriously, taxis are widely available and we did manage the walk a couple of times

    Amazing concierge and cleaning / hospitality service, nice room layout, good amenities (even had mosquito coils etc)
    Location is up a very tall hill (advertised as 20 min walk from the beach but its much longer), pools were also very cold for the Dec weather

    Gorgeous villa with some breathtaking views
    The pool with a gorgeous sea view was the highlight of the villa.
    A water filter in the villa wouldve been ideal as we ran out of water at night and had to wait for water bottle refills until morning
