    Great space for a lovely family get together
    Ground floor was excellent, all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with excellent storage. As was the kitchen and living room. Top floor room is huge with a great balcony. Basement garage is good and overall security is good.
    We didnt have any hot water for a couple of days, Carlos did sort it out eventually but it was a shame as it was a real problem for us. The top floor is a huge room but has no wardrobe, the only storage is two bedside cabinets, we had to store our clothes in the bedrooms downstairs.

    A great villa for short stays
    Peaceful location, good sized rooms, clean pool. Great garage storage and security system.
    Smell of sewerage coming from the drainage system to the bedrooms. Air con did not cool below ambient temps. Ants inside the property.

    The stay at Villa Belavista was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 8 friends, and we truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool, and comfortable beds. We even received a welcome gift with some snacks, which was a nice surprise.
    The bathrooms were equipped with towels and a hairdryer; however, it would be nice if there were also some toiletries. This was not a big problem at all, just a small remark.

    A really comfortable house Carlos is very welcoming would definitely recommend for a stay in Praia da Luz especially for
    Had great space for 7 adults 4 good sized bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a basement games room (we never used) lots of everything kitchen utensils, sun chairs, lovely terrace on roof top to sit out on and a pool. A cleaner came halfway through our stay and cleaned kitchen, bathrooms etc
    The pool was lovely but area around it was small but we used it very little as the beach is so near. A big hill to walk home from beach and center!!!

    a perfect house for a relaxing holiday
    everything. the pool was lovely, the house was incredibly spacious. all of the bedrooms were great, especially the one upstairs, which had its own balcony with an incredible view.
