Overall an amazing location, amazing pool and great time.

The location was excellent - a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Juan and nightlife. The pool and outdoors area was beautiful and much more spacious than the images show. We spent most our time outdoors and it is lovely and peaceful. The lady who met us at the villa was lovely and helpful and responsive on whatsap.

The decor is very outdated and looks a little dirty in some places - the toilet facilities smelt fairly bad and the beds/ pillows were really not comfortable in 2/4 rooms. There were a lot of mosquitos which is to be expected. We didnt have all the essentials provided like enough toilet paper, kitchen roll etc.

Nice property if a little tired, in great location

Good location. Great base to see the area

couldnt use one of the bedrooms due to mould. Pool tired and in need of maintenance as many tiles have lifted and need replacing

Superb

Great and peaceful place to stay

Location is great, very authentic 30 years old villa well located 10 min walk from beach and restaurants. Garden and pool were very confortable, villa is well equipped, good wifi and many TV channel options. Owner was very helpful to answer my questions before arrival, and agent who handled our check-in/out was amazing, thanks Stephanie. We will come back.

Only cons were some construction work done by neighbors and mosquitoes visiting garden starting 6 PM :-)
