The jacuzzi made me and my three daughters all very ill, to the point we had to visit the hospital. when we first arrived the jacuzzi water smelt of algae and was dirty, the edge of the jacuzzi was very dirty with limescale and all sorts of other hazards. In fairness to the owner after I complained the water was drained and refilled, however the water still didn't look that clean and the damage was already done, nearly 150 in doctors fees and antibiotics later we are now on the mend.
The timber slates around the jacuzzi are dangerous, my youngest hurt her toe which caused it to bleed.
The master bedroom shower tray is a major hazard, if you step on the edge of the raised wooden slates it tips which caused me a slip on the wet tiled floor.
All the wall hung radiators are cracked.
The outside pool was far too cold to swim in, the pool only got the winter sun for several hours a day, not enough to warm it up to a comfortable temperature.
There is now a live building site next door which gets noisy just before 8am everyday apart from the weekends.
The downstairs sofa is very dirty underneath the throws, Tue whole place needs a deep clean.
There is a large damp patch around the fire place flu where it goes through the ceiling.
The downstairs toilet shower cannot be used as the building site next door can look into the shower.
Being honest, some money spent and some serious cleaning could turn this villa around.
At the moment it's a dangerous place, especially the jacuzzi and the surrounding area.
