    The AC for the living room didnt work well and it was super hot. The pool doesnt have any sunlight and the water is cold. The garden is very boring. Location also super bad, not much around.

The villa gracefully divides itself into two distinct sanctuaries - one, a serene haven comprising bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the other, an opulent master bedroom seamlessly connected to a kitchen and a welcoming living room. The crowning jewel of this abode is an expansive, pristine pool, though its gentle gurgles may occasionally serenade your senses. The villa is ensconced within a meticulously tended garden where one can indulge in a spirited game of badminton. Adjacent, a sprawling seating area beckons, complete with a charming garden pond teeming with vibrant aquatic life. Within the villa, you'll find all the requisites for a comfortable stay, albeit with a few caveats. Regrettably, there are just two shower rooms, and the standard sanitary facilities might, on occasion, emit subtle disconcerting fragrances - possibly stemming from a partially exposed wastewater system. Nevertheless, these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the sheer marvel of this place, especially for those with a profound affinity for nature. I managed to repel mosquitoes adeptly through standard repellents and the congenial assistance of the garden's barbecue area.

    Photos on booking.com need to be updated. False advertising. It's outdated & not maintained All fans don't work Bathroom & bedroom ceilings leaks when it rains (health & safety) We all got sick in the house Bathroom toilets smells All these problems and She still charged power on top of price (over charged ripped off) We were charged 3200 baht for power I think we pay for the waterfall that is left on all day (in the pool power) Cleaner only came once. Pool wasn't cleaned till day 2 of us being in house I messaged asking her to provide fans cause it was suffocating in the house with no fans/air circulation.. (no response) Mildew on main bathroom mirror Old furniture in pool area Don't have access to bbq rubbish on it.... all I can recall at the moment dont recommend to anyone and it shouldn't even be listed on Booking.com for people to pay that price and its not what they actually getting. We couldn't wait to leave.... Pool table upstairs fan didn't work so was like a Suna up there so didn't use... Can't add all photos/ Video photo of bowl is leaking water in room.

    Definitely not a luxury Villa experience
    The housekeeping staff were very responsive to all the issues experienced. This was honestly our only saving grace. Easy access to many things if you have a car or bike.
    The property needs updating. It has potential, but many things are breaking and just plain tired. There is a long list which I wont put here, but will only say that this is at best a 3-star experiencewithout a view which almost makes it a 2-star.

    Leak in toilets roof, made the whole place stink, no house service - no toilet paper, laundary detergent ect. Furthermore, they charge you to pay electricity , we waited for housekeeper to come collect key and payment but never arrived so left to airport. They messaged us later saying free of charge electricity however we already paid and now they wont refund the money as they dont do international transfer. Poor customer service and wouldnt recommend
