    Breakfast OK. Location good. Great bad. Excellent shower.
    1. No elevator, had to carry heavy luggage upstairs. 2. Hotel was supposed to have patking, but had no parking for my car. 3. Except for one excellent guy, all other 4-5 staff were below par.

    Beautiful Boutique hotel
    The property is in a quiet residential road and has a beautiful view of the Cathedral and surrounding areas. The room was a reasonable size with very high ceilings with windows that open to the view of Siena. Complimentary water and toiletries. Staff were very friendly and made us cuppacinos at Breakfast. Breakfast was lovely with choices of pastries, cakes, cheeses etc were sufficient.

    Fabulous place to Stay in Siena
    Location great for getting into the historic centre. Beautifully presented and decorated hotel. Huge room and bed very comfortable. All staff were nice and very helpful.
    Nothing really. One minor thing need to ensure all Toiletries refreshed daily. But I am being picky now.

    Overpriced and misleading offer
    Good location walking distance from Sienna centre
    The hotel was well located and the room clean but the overall offer is far overpriced. We paid the price of a 4-5 stars hotel and were very disappointed with our experience. We had the impression of being a number on their P&L. The breakfast on the terrasse featured in the listing came at an additional 30euro fee, the aircon in the room was not working, the shower was a small plastic container. Most of all, we had a personal matter and asked to cancel our booking. We have rarely seen less consideration and understanding from a human being to another. We ended up leaving after one night and paying the full price for two nights while the hotel was overbooked. Very disappointing, terrible customer service, dont recommend.
