It gives an impression of an older type of villa presumably built over 20 years ago or more. Also, it gives an impression of a poorly maintained one. We have been given a 4pm check-in time and when we arrived at 5:30 pm at the agency and about 6 pm at the villa we found it very dirty and since it was too late to call for cleaners we had to clean it ourselves. Next morning the agency sent cleaners to clean what was left to clean. Since they didnt clean the veranda due to as they said lack of time, we complained to the agency. The lady at the agency was rude and said that the terrace is clean according to their standards and no cleaning has been provided thereafter. Our trouble did not end there. We discovered that 3 air conditioners were just blowing air without cooling it. This was fixed on day 4 of our stay. One bedroom had a damp moldy smell to them which has not been fixed during our stay. One bedroom had no bathroom door and the toilet had been emanating pungent drainage stench which the air conditioning couldnt cope with. This has not been fixed either. One of the toilets was constantly leaking which has not been fixed throughout our entire stay. When we complained about the moldy smell in one of the bedrooms, the lady at the agency said they cannot fix it and asked if we would like to leave instead. We do not recommend this villa to anyone.
P.S. The agency does not disclose that the villa is located on a quite steep hill with a few flights of stairs on top of that, which might not be suited for elderly people but it was not a problem for us.
