All eight (four adult couples) of us were totally impressed with everything this villa provided. Our host Chloe was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure we got off to a great start by meeting us early to check in. Key handover was simple and she talked through everything we needed to know, and resolved a faulty shutter issue by sending in the maintenance manager to fix it same day. The villa is well laid out for couples to share common areas but have their own space as well. It is so well equipped too, with virtually everything we needed - enough cutlery and crockery to feed the 5000! All equipment is provided, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, air fryer and microwave, as well as less important things like hairdryers and an iron with board. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms so you can leave your passports behind securely if you need to. Sockets near every bed help with phone charging etc. The Smart TV in the living room gave us the ability to use the satellite service provided or login to our own Netflix, Prime, Apple and Disney accounts as applicable. The pool is perfect for a group of 8, and even in April was warm enough to use every day. There is a literal shed load of outdoor & pool toys to use as well, so kids old & young can have no end of fun. There are enough sunbeds for everyone to enjoy the poolside area, and enough chairs round a massive patio dining table to eat alfresco & use the excellent built-in BBQ with chimney and food prep area with full size kitchen sink. There is off street parking for 1 car with an electric security gate to keep it safe, but the villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic to damage additional cars parked on the road. As for location, it was perfect for us. Only a 50 min drive from Faro airport, and a 10 min walk to the beach, passing some lovely restaurants & small supermarkets/shops. Easy to walk or get a cab into town and the marina too.
