Exceptional

The place is close to everything, it is very quiet. You can walk to malioboro street or north alunalun. There is also a bakpia factory down the street.

There are four rooms. Two of them do not have AC, but they are open to outside air, so mosquitos get in the room.

Good for a family trip!

Newly built villa that has a bali vibes, Located in the center of jogja (in a very quiet neighborhood), the 2 bedrooms with ac were comfy (the other 2 without ac were kinda hot but well it was summer), swimming pool was clean, fully functioning kitchen, and friendly neighbors.

Outdoor floor that are leading to the bathroom were slippery(need some scrubbing maybe?), checking in process was a bit complicated, and the parking fee was 50k/car/night even though the description on Booking.com says its around 10k, the staff didn't even respond to me when i asked them about it. Ended up spending 300k/3 nights for 2 cars.
