Lovely calm oasis in very busy Bali.

Lovely Villa, great private pool and courtyard. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A great retreat from busy Bali.

Great choice for privacy and location

Super nice stay, great location to all the attractions yet with privacy as it is not too near the nightlife. In-house Butlers were amazing, very helpful and polite. Pool was big compared to the other villas nearby.

they have a good Bose sound system all around the villa but could only be connected via bluetooth which is located in a separate smaller living room. So if you are playing music via your mobile phone, the phone cant leave the smaller living room which is a bit inconvenient.

Sad to say but very disappointing! we had stayed there before too.

WE LOVED THE STAFF - Made, Ayu and Wayan were FANTASTIC, and as we were a returning guest, we were really excited about our return, however The air conditioner in one of the deluxe rooms was broken and we had to ask 3 times for it to be replaced. The management Nagisa Bali finally had it fixed but it over half way into our holiday. They then offered us a complimentary dinner of which they owned the cafe and WE DID NOT HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT WE WOULD GET!!!! We declined the offer.

No coffee machine. No air conditioning in one of the rooms until half way through our holiday

left feeling underwhelmed about the place probably wouldnt recommend or stay again.

Wish i could say more but honestly Staff and Pool were the best thing about the property Also the bbq chef for dinner was amazing.

Its in dire need of a renovation photos show nothing of the poor quality this place is in. plaster falling off walls, bad mould inside bedrooms and aircon in common area doesnt work, breakfast supplied was ok but needed more options we looked else where after 4-5 days. its on the very busy street that connects to Canggu which we didnt mind as we had scooters but if your using taxis or cars its massive waits in afternoon. baby or young kids I wouldnt recommend with noise from street.
