Exceptional

Great place in small village near Matala beach

George is a great host. Met us at arrival and show around the property. House exceeded our expectations from the doorstep. It has everything and more for calm holiday. We enjoyed staying at Villa Cappella and would want to come back one day.

Parking at the narrow public street, but everything was fine and nothing that property could do.

It was exactly what I was looking for. The young couple that met us there were so friendly and nice.

It was a charming villa in the heart of Crete. We loved it. Its location in the darling village and the surrounding area was just what we were looking for. We drove the beaches and felt like we were in paradise.

We loved everything about it. Perhaps some of the roads around that area could use some blacktop :-) But we both felt we had a great experience.

Excellent place to spend unforgettable holidays with family. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the village is small but cozy and with great restaurants with delicious local cuisine. The villa is well equipped and offer everything you need.

Greek identity, very clean and new, owners kind. Distinctive village

All good, to find small drawback: small windows and Cretan humidity make it difficult to change the air inside (but AC works well so its not hot inside)

Well equipped house in Sivas town centre

The house is very convenient for a long (or short) stay. Is fully equipped (AC, large fridge, kitchen+oven, washing machine, dishwasher,...) comfy and large enough for 4-5 persons. Is located 1-2 minutes walking of the town square where you can find taverns, the mini market, the local butcher and some shops (for tourists). The town is completely adapted for tourism, so don't expect a real greek experience, actually it is full of Germans. Georgous was waiting for us on our arrival, he was very helpful and was willing to make us enjoy our stay.

Parking is not easy. Narrow streets and very few parking spaces. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be. You rely on the AC the house doesn't have good ventilation. During our stay (very high season) there were two very short power failures in the town.
