It is a nice location if you're coming with friends to party.Music from the bar goes on till 1.30am

It was close to food outlets, masaage places, convenience stores, souvenir shopping, nightclubs. Grab, Gojek easily available.

The service. Manager does not respond to your calls so you're on your own till he decides to call you back but nothing gets done. Was promised airport pick up but no show. Not in the price apparently but i showed evidence that it was part of pacakge and was promised airport send off. But that too was not honoured. Had to pay myself.. Electricity keeps going off sometime more than 7 times a day. Nothing was done. Apparemtly the incoming is the problem. so anyboday staying here will face the same problem. The villa was not clean when we arrived and the staff met us like 30 mins after we arrived with our luggage waiting in the streets. Place is a little run down. Water pressure sucks - need to upsize the pump apparently. Loud music from the bars till 1.30am so if you are an early sleeper be forewarned. For those who are partying its great coz you can enjoy the live music from the swimming pool!

The cleaner Kadek is amazing and should be promoted to Manager!

If youre looking for a property in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, this place is right there. Great restaurants and accessibility to all. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen is well equipped. The cleaner Kadek was amazing to us when we had some issues with the property. She acted fast (in the middle of the night!) and was so lovely.

The electricity went off throughout our stay and we had to keep resetting ourselves. Then at 2am all power went out one night as the meter had run out. The manager was slow at responding though Kadek the cleaner assisted us straight away. The pool went green a few days after we arrived and the manager did not respond. Again the cleaner organised someone to come and fix straight away. We were without a pool to use for 3 days of our stay. There was no clothes line for dry towels and clothes that we had washed, this could be a consideration for future visitors. The noise is almost unbearable. There is a live singer rooftop bar next door and its very very loud until 1am weeknights. To the point we couldnt hear ourselves talking.

slow response from the property manager; lots of smelly trash was left in front of villa entrance. villa wasnt ready by check in time. previous guests were still around when we arrived.
