    It was a decent stay. Unfortunately, weather didnt cooperate which dampen our entire experience. Nevertheless, the prop
    Modern design and friendly staff.
    The bathroom had water stain since its made of hardwood floor. Obviously wear & tear but it needs to be addressed or changed to tiles so it doesnt look disgusting. I am very particular with bathroom so I requested a bathroom mat to cover the water damage and help protect the floor.

    Room & bathroom were lovely...thought there was a bar, drinks were available but no bar...couldn't walk around locally...I knew it was out of town but thought we'd be able to walk a little...food 1st night was fantastic ...breakfast was great...staff lovely
    Restaurant menu didn't change ... no bar ... I was aware we were out of Bellagio & hotel did sugg we had a car so it was my choice, however in hindsight we prob shld have stayed in Bellagio as no car

    We love this boutique hotel. The staff was extra friendly and the restaurant was small and intimate. It felt like we had our own private chef that made a delicious meal for us in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. The fresh pastries. Fresh juices, cheese and cappuccinos. They even offered cooked order eggs for our group of four. We were able to eat both meals out on the balcony that overlooked the lake. The infinity pool was amazing for an afternoon dip...

    Beautiful small boutique hotel
    Everything! The staff were so lovely from the very beginning, the hotel was beautiful with stunning views & everything felt fresh & well looked after. The food in the hotel restaurant was incredible & well priced. With a car the location is perfect, giving you peaceful setting but close enough to be in Bellagio centre in 10mins. We had a lovely stay here & would definitely return!
    The only small thing was the shower which needs a bit of work as you could see there was a bit of water damage to the wall due to it overflowing. But this was minor!

    We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!
    The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was gorgeous and was so comfortable. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. We loved eating at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed sitting by the pool.
    We didnt rent a car so it was a little difficult to get around. The bus stops running around 7 PM so it was a challenge to explore the towns nearby. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here :)

    The most relaxing holiday I have had in years. Pure beauty with the best sleep & best food.
    Modern and comfortable luxurious, family owned Villa, where they make you feel at home and super taken care of. You can tell the team are proud to be a part of a family owned business, where the small details are what make all the difference, all the way from how they prepare your breakfast, to helping you plan unique and private experiences, the lovely bath salts in your room, comfortable bed and bedding, to the most amazing dinner we had the entire time of visiting Bellagio. The property is stunning and well maintained. Pool was perfect temperature, overlooking the lake, I could have spent more time for sure. They were kind and let us have a late check out.

    Wish we had booked more days. They're booked out a year in advance, so book an extra day, you won't regret it ;) -Not a big deal, but they could have left an extra roll of toilet paper, so we didn't have to ask for it.

    The Road close nearby and the very loud motorbikes but just in the afternoon. From evening to morning quiet. The pool was a bit too cold
