    Stunning view of the hills around Siena
    Beautifil place just putsiee Siena. Great parking for cars and easy distance to the city. Perfect location
    There is nothing negative. Just to. E considered that the place is outside the city and also bars and restaurants are not near.

    The place is nice, calm surroundings and nice view. Very kind staff
    We were cold, heating was not working and even though we found an extra blanket the bed was not very comfortable.

    It had a fabulous continental breakfast. The rooms were basic but clean. The bathroom was suitable and there were plenty of towels. The convenience of a lift from the garage was great. Communication with them was easy.
    It was a good location if you were driving a car. Don't rely on food shops around though.

    Big, clean room.
    There was no one to greet us and we had to walk around the property to find us. Although there was a message to say where our key was, the rest of the instructions werent clear. We asked for a partial refund as we decided to leave after one night of the four booked as the location did not suit us. The staff said it was up to booking.com but it was up to the hotel who refused. Disappointing

    Comfy stay and good sleep near Siena
    The location was good for getting to Siena, rooms were clean, quiet and dark (window shutters). Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. The cleaning staff was very caring and attentive, easy check-in at arrival. The room had a kettle which is unusual in Italian hotels, as well as a fridge. We slept well in this place.
    The breakfast could provide more savory options for non-Italian guests who are not used to eating sweet cakes in the morning. Bread spreads, some vegetables for the sandwich would be nice, as well as eggs. The heating should be turned on as considering late October it was getting cold at night and we had to ask for extra blankets.

    The property was perfect for its money. The best accommodation during our trip. Clean and spacious rooms, beautiful location, delicious rich breakfasts. Staff is also very friendly Wonderful choice for travelers by cars.
    None. Just maybe I wouldnt prefer this variant if I traveled solo without car

    A great, Tuscan get away in a country villa.
    Great little getaway spot. Calm and tranquil setting. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was excellent, fresh and generous. The isolation makes this the perfect place to unwind, its surrounded by lush local gardens and is very relaxing.x
    With the calm setting comes a bit of distance. So be aware of this. Its about 2.3km from the train station though well enough serviced by taxis for 8 - 9. About 5km from the historic centre. There are some local shops including a grocery store and a laundromat within an easy 800m walking distance, though there are some inclines involved in the walk that may not suit anyone with mobility impairment.
