Superb

An excellent stay and great value overall.

Super impressed with this villa overall, it was a great size, very clean, well appointed and the location was excellent for getting into town and to the beach. The pool area was especially nice, and it was a very deep pool too. Having aircon in most areas too was an excellent. In terms of cleanliness, all of the beds were well made with nice pillows and linen, same with the sunbeds and even the couch appeared to have been washed. We have 100s of towels too, much needed with so many days by the pool. Despite reading other reviews about hot water issues, we did not have any such problems, showers were plentiful and hot throughout our stay. Hello Homes Sitges were also excellent to deal with, they run a very efficient and professional service - most of the communication was dealt with over WhatsApp and they have a portal for check in etc. We were met on the day of arrival by one of their representatives who gave us a tour and explained everything. Overall, for the price, it was an excellent villa and I would definitely stay again - I am already planning our next visit next year.

One of the air conditioners in a twin room did not work and there was a portable one as a substitute. It was fine because our group size could sleep in a different room, but portable AC isn't ideal to have the window open because of insects. Coffee machine(s) did not work properly during our stay - had to buy instant coffee. I have advised this to Hello Homes directly too. A vacuum would have been useful.

Very good

Nice house in good, quiet location

Great location, nice outside space, house clean and tidy & tastefully decorated, plenty of kitchen equipment & nice crockery etc.

Only minor niggles were sauna wasnt available although it was listed on the description & we didnt seem to get very hot water very consistently for showering. Also didnt get very timely response to our contact/question over the weekend. But on the whole was good.
