    location was ideal for the wedding we planned to go to but we had to move back into the city after 1 night
    The damp smell /the patio doors and bedroom window did not lock . The water and power going off just before 09.00 and not coming back on until 16.30

    We like a weather, a swimming pool, villa with rooms (the size). Not a bad location. Ladies which provided breakfast.
    We bought the villa thinking it would be luxurious as in the pictures. But when we went into the villa we were disappointed , any welcome pack, as simple water. The host asked about a cup of tea, but when outside 36 you think just about cold water. Nearest normal food shop just 10 km from Villa. There was not enough cutlery for the 3 of us , there were no proper bowls , plates, cups, hairdryer etc , we had to buy our own glasses for the drinks. Also there were 3 towels for the of us for 3 days, which we used near the pool and in the bath. The same towels you have to put on the lounge chair because it's too hot to lay down. There were cats inside the villa when we went in , my husband has allergy on cats. There wasn't quiet area. When we received breakfast we were given a 10 day expired yogurt. We were given no water , no lighter for the stove and we had to go to the host for everything ( lighter , knife). On the last day we didn't receive breakfast which we paid for. We asked the host to report when the taxi was coming in the morning, but here was no goodbye no thank you no nothing. The price did not reflect the value. The pool was still dirty on the first day and should always be cleaned the day before. The conditioner in the living room was not working and we had to use 1 remote for all conditioners.Wifipoor.

    Villa Paradis is a blissful retreat. Impeccable service, stunning views, and a tranquil atmosphere. Perfect location at only 10 minutes drive from the city center and 45 minutes drive from the Atlas Mountains. Highly recommend!

    Never, ever stay here. Completely false advertisement.
    It has walls, a roof and a functioning Wi-Fi.
    First of all this is not a private villa. You need to wake someone up to get inside, because the landlord locks the outside door at night. Secondly, this is not in Marrakech, its 12 km away. Normal taxi cannot go there, because its outside of city limits and its illegal for them to go there. You need to find special taxis and they cost extremely high. The place was very old, walls were falling apart because of moisture, there were bugs inside and the appliances doesnt work. I booked for 3 nights, wanted to leave after first night but of course the landlord didnt accept a refund and lied to booking.com. Even though I sent pictures and videos about the place, they couldnt do anything so I had to stay here for 3 nights. Totally disaster. This stay changed my views about booking.com as well. In case of a deceptive landlord, you are on your own. They have no power in them.

    Great Villa with amazing facilities, brilliant helpful host, clean and very comfortable!
    The breakfast was nice - but not quite as expected from the photos on Booking - we had only a choice of a continental / Moroccan breakfast with Moroccan flatbread, bread, eggs, jams etc. but no fresh pastries/croissant. The taste was great and when we asked for more the host sent more without issues. Location is a 10 minute drive from the old/new down...very close to the go karting and easy to get there when you know however the address is not going to come up on Sat Nav and you need to pin the location when there to find it - on the edge of Touggana village. There are a few nearby shops and Carrefour is a 7 minute drive away.

    The Villa had great facilities and the hostess and cleaning staff were great, but the pool table has seen better days (no tip on the cue), the showers sometimes lost pressure and became a dribble, but these would work fine at other times. Also more garbage bins in the Villa would be useful.

    Absolutely wonderful and can't wait to go back!
    I loved the host and her family. Everyone was very nice, professional, kind and willing to assist. The breakfast was fresh and great. They had the sweetest little kittens that lived on the property, the pool was beautiful, the rooms were big and the kitchen was perfect.

    This place is amazing. The women made amazing breakfast everyday. I enjoyed my stay, and was very very impressed with the cleanliness kindness and comfort of this place. I would definitely recommend coming to this Villa for anyone thats looking for a relaxing stay. me and my husband love the pool. Everything about this place was perfect and we are definitely coming back. Thank you so much for the amazing service and experience.
