    Wonderful experience and a joy to stay in
    We loved our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, our room was wonderful and was fantastically located with a terrace and spectacular sea view. Excellent breakfast and we loved the opportunity to eat on the balcony and enjoy the sea view

    Stunning views, excellent service, wonderful amenities. A perfect location in Ravello.
    Beautiful rooms and amenities. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast options excellent. Views are stunning. A true gem and find. Staff very detailed and friendly.
    Nothing! It was perfect a lot of stairs so May be challenging for some.. but the views are worth it.

    The view and location are fantastic. Ravello is a nice town and the hotel is an easy walk away.
    Fantastic view. Loads of space - a really big suite. Excellent shower. Nice covered terrace to sit and eat even when it was raining. Good room service - breakfast delivered on time, evening prosecco came quickly. Really nice pool area.
    A bath would have been nice. The bathroom was easily big enough to take it plus the shower. Some softer furnishings in the living room would have been nice - a rug, some more pictures. A communal area or bar would have made it more welcoming.

    Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
    Stunning views and attentive staff. The free shuttle to the main square was a bonus. It was clean and the honor bar and room service charges were very reasonable.
    While the hotel does have an elevator for the standard rooms, the suite we had was accessed by two and a half flights of stairs which could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
