The villa was very spacious including the bathroom and kitchen area. The location was strategic. The pool and the privacy were good.

The bed was very hard and the bedclothes pillows were dirty and very smelly from cheap washing detergent. The floor and the horizontal surfaces were dirty; no one came to clean each day. It was expensive, there was no breakfast offered, the mosque was immediately adjacent and so it was impossible to sleep after 4am. Pondok Villa Terra was so unsatisfactory that we left after two nights even though I paid for four nights. It was also relatively expensive. I asked the management for a refund but they said to ask Booking.com to refund the tariff for the two nights we did not stay. How do I apply for the refund please?

Nice pool villa within short walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Nice villa with pool, within short walking distance to restaurants and bars. Spacious place with a fully equipped kitchen (though we didn't use it). The pool was very inviting and a nice addition to the villa. Would stay there again.

Nothing comes to my mind, except that the second bedroom is really tiny.
