Palatial property

Really large rooms, nice sitting area. Lovely quiet spot within walking distance of the beach.

The pool table wasn't really fit for use and the table tennis table was on a bit of a slope. The kitchen facilities/equipment were a bit limited ie only one oven shelf.

Villa was amazing ! spotlessly clean actually had 5 bedrooms every room had own bathroom which was amazing ! was a beautiful location easy enough to travel into centre of Albuferia. great sized pool area overall fantastic .

Excellent villa in an excellent location, which was perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation for our family.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location, perfect for a family holiday. Shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The owner couldnt have been more helpful and the Villa was very clean.

The sun loungers could do with being upgraded.

Location good , facilities not as described in the villa description. Broken A/C spoiled a very expensive holiday

Clean , spacious, perfect pool

A/C in the top bedroom broke after 1 day . Bernado ( manager) couldnt get any repair organised until penultimate day of 1week holiday. So we didnt sleep at all for 5 of the nights . Pool table had no cloth on it so it was just bare slate and not possible to play on . Outdoor barbecue was rusty and unable to use .

Fantastic stay would highly recommend this lovely villa

The villa was fantastic,great location bars and food short walk ,the beds were very comfy and all rooms were en suite, plenty of chairs and table at the pool and sun loungers(could do with update) but worked great, plenty of towels for outside and in,very clean.A basket of tea/coffee would have been a nice touch? We left a big box of washing powder and fabric conditioner hope they will be left for the next people also a small paddling pool and toys for any future kids that go hope they leave them there. overall would highly recommend we all had a great time, hope to visit again and would stay again in this lovely villa

Brilliant accommodation for our first trip to Portugal.

fab property for the 8 of us who stayed there for a week. the rooms were ideal and flexible for the 3 couples and 2 single people. we split the top bedroom up into 2 with the foyer area for the 2 single people. the pool was perfect even if it was a little chilly due to the time of year. the boys loved the ping pong and pool table area.

some of the shower trays dont drain away quickly and create a little swimming pool. I would assume the waste needs clearing out. The dishwasher has definitely seen better days and the lack of dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay meant we had to wash up with the little washing up liquid we had. we didnt want to buy extra as it would be wasted. but the dishwasher definitely needs to be changed especially as its going rusty and as it doesnt clean very well and it didnt have salt or rinse aid in it and nothing left in the property for us to top it up. I was disappointed there wasnt any cleaning products for either the bathrooms or the kitchen to keep it clean. would have been lovely to have a hoover as well so the villa was tidied up when we left on our last day. We tried our best to keep it tidy and clean when we left. Despite the minor issues we came across the villa was very comfortable and fit 8 fully grown adults perfectly. We cant wait to visit the area again and know what to expect if we stay in the villa again.
