Would be nice but bad experience

It was pretty and the bed was comfortable.

We had no wifi the four days we were there. We told them the first night and they said they'd look into it. We asked again the second day and they said they would speak to the manager. But we heard nothing and had nothing. They tried to give us a link to the office wifi but it was too far to our room and wouldn't work. This was a real issue because we were working. The kitchenette was disappointing. They do say that it is a microwave/oven but that is literally all it is. Not even a kettle. Just a microwave and a sink.

Extremely hard bed it could do with a Air Cloud topper. The kitchenette didnt have a kettle or coffee machine. The stairs were extremely steep

Reallu enjoyed staying here in our studio flat. The kitchen gave us the opportunity to eat in .

Great location near the station. Very spacious. Delightful staff. Having a small kitchen was really useful. And separate WC and bathroom.

The breakfast was a bit basic.

Comfortable and convenient!

We enjoyed out stay at Villa Segur. The Villa has been very well renovated and converted inot a boutique hotel. Everything worked as expected : very clean, comfortable Beds. Good SHower. Plenty of room. Only disappointment was that there was no facility for making tea or coffee in the fully prepared [but not equipped ] kitchen, and only one mug was providfed, but the glasses were of very fien quality. The other issue was that it was quite difficult to find form the railway station. Googel maps and Apple maps gets confused around big stations and a little diagram on the booking site of how to get there would be very useful. overall, a 9/10. Thank you

The wifi didn't work for my whole stay (3 days), nobody vacuumed the apartment for three days. It's a pity. Beautiful place, beautiful spaces, but only the price was luxurious.

Wonderful stay in Bordeaux!

Great location very close to the train station - yet far enough away to be calm and quiet - and close to the tram and walkable to major attractions. Great room with a super comfortable room, shower, and sitting area on two floors.

Wished we had known about the staircase

Location

Our room had a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. My wife has vertigo and cannot do heights, ( some parts of the structure were loose ) I had to manhandle a mattress down the staircase so she could sleep on the floor downstairs. I returned it the next morning. We did not complain as we knew the villa was full and there were no other options. Had we known about the staircase we would not have booked.

Location is quite good, 2 minutes walk from train station and main metro lines, very convinent to travel around in city.

I booked for two nights in the hotel, and the room was not cleaned when I leave room after first night. I have not seen any hotel don't do room clean before, so this is a bit of uncomfortable. Also there is no cattle in the room, you need to pay to drink tea or hot water. Plus the room is quite small. So the owner of the hotel seems a bit mean to me.
