    Some minor issues but overall a nice stay.
    Self catering so breakfast question not relevant. Location was very good.
    When I have stayed at other villas there have been things like washing machine capsules and dishwasher tablets supplied. Nobody wants to buy a box for 1 or 2 washes. Surprised there were no parasols for use with the sun loungers.

    A well located, quiet villa for a family holiday.
    The villa was in a residential location, which was quiet and relaxing. It was well situated for accessing the supermarkets and main roads to other locations. When we had a minor issue, it was dealt with promptly.
    We arrived late and struggled to use the keys to access the property. I was just about to call the emergency number, when my husband finally managed to open the kitchen door. It wasnt until the next morning that we realised that the main door key needed to be extended for use. It was shortened in order to fit into the key lock. This detail should be included in the check in instructions. There were no instructions available for any of the appliances. There was no washing up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, etc. to get started. We expected full instructions and these items to be available based on previous experience of other properties, especially in the UK.

    I loved everything. The villa was a home from home. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenage daughters, and we loved it. It is a very safe and secure villa with a beautiful pool. The keys were there on arrival with easy access.

    Nice villa with lovely private pool. Excellent amenities. Great local family run restaurant 'Cocheira' in walking distance of the villa.. Best meal we had during our stay
    The only downside is the amount of dogs barking along the street.

    We had a great week staying here. 2 adults 4 kids & plenty of room. Uber so handy to get in & out of old town (2
    lovely quiet residential area, well laid out property. plenty of space & the kids loved the pool.
    the single beds were a bit hard, but thats just a little comment really.

    Great base for a holiday in Albufeira, if you have hired a car. The pool was used daily and the kitchen was well-equipped and it was a bonus to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of room and a very comfy house. Would highly recommend. Would happily return!

    The villa was exceptional. Lots of space and well equipped. Clean. Comfortable mattress. We enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom and the courtyard with the pool. Quiet street. Minutes to two grocery stores and the Mercado. An easy 20 minute walk to Old Albufeira and the beach. Lots of great restaurants within 20 minute walk. Private front courtyard had a parking space. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We recommend this without hesitation and would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here with my family for 5 weeks. The house is nice, with good access from the kitchen and the living room to the terrace and pool; very convenient for having meals outside. We also enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. We had great stay!
