    Enjoyed the central location in the old city. Loved the breakfast. Loved our room, great air con, beautiful furnishings. Comfy bed and pillows. Especially loved the staff. So helpful and always happy. Thank you for booking a top restaurant for us that night. Appreciated all the help with the bags too :))

    Perfect location and amazing staff!
    The location inside the palace walls was close walking distance to everything we wanted to see and visit. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Bonus having original stones from the wall in our room. We had large luggage and still had enough room needed. Breakfast in the garden was nice each morning. The staff were amazing and helpful. It was so nice to have access to coffee and treats throughout the day. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to return one day.
    There wasn't anything we didn't like.

    Location was great. The room was large for 4 and clean.
    You had to climb 74 stairs. It would have be nice to know this in advance because my son had a broken leg and was on crutches. I also reached out to the hotel to cancel one of the rooms but they didn't. Still not too sure why and they made us pay for the room. I asked if we could get a credit for the room but I didn't get.a reply. I was very disappointed with how they handled the cancellation and the request for a credit.

    A hidden gem in the a beautiful city.
    The staff were wonderful starting with transport from the ferry dock to the hotel. The location was terrific for exploring the hive of streets in the old city and palace. The recommendations for dinners were also very good. After a week of vacation we were pleasantly surprised that our clean laundry was returned to us the same afternoon! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this gem of a hotel to friends and family.
