Good

Basic but comfortable. Location is great but a lot of stairs to get the villa.

Location was great, but use the top road to save walking up a lot of stairs. The pool was great. The host was nice. It's basic but it was great value and suited us as we were out or by the pool every day. There are lovely bars and restaurants very near by.

Ants can be an issue in and around the apartment. The stairs are steep to get to the apartment so you need to be fit enough.

Overpriced (but I guess is Dubrovnik itself)... too small. The bathroom very uncomfortable / TV too small.

Pleasant

The apartment is in a quiet location, close to a supermarket and the city centre. The top floor apartments have an incredible view.

The apartments aren't in the best condition and definitely require some renovating. The fans weren't functional on the top floor apartment and the AC was not strong enough. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare, and so if you'll be driving to Dubrovnik, you're probably better off with another choice. Finally, it took quite some convincing from our friends to get the owner to give our group some more toilet paper, which was super disappointing since it is such a basic necessity.
