    The bathroom did not have a door, which made using the bathroom a bit awkward.

    Great place!
    Very neat and clean. They also put the aircon on before we got there to cool the room. Very thoughtful.
    The toilet paper was a bit on the cheap side. For the price you pay i would at least expect proper two ply toiletpaper. The one we had the two ply kept coming appart.

    Perfect stop over for pets and people
    Dog friendly facilities, very clean & cute, Netflix and all facilities you would need to be comfortable
    People kept leaving the gate open and dogs could potentially get out if main gate was opened and they were out front.

    Upon arrival we were informed that there was no booking under our name. We had travelled 12 hours from Cape Town for an overnight stay on the way to JHB, with a dog in the car. I presented confirmation of my booking as well as messages I received from the manager saying that they are happy to host us. The explanation I received was that Booking.com bookings get deleted on their calendar when someone else books for the same day. This left us with no choice but to drive through to JHB as it is not possible to get last minute accommodation that is pet friendly. Extremely poor service, if you are unable to manage a property on Booking.com rather dont list it.

    Bonolo was great at receiving us, from booking confirmation to key handover and everything afterwards. the garden is dreamy, the dog is an extra bonus, my daughter had a little buddy. the villa itself is beautiful.
    no complaints really ,more of a suggestion that they paint the kitchen with paint that cleans easily/can be wiped clean instead of the one they currently have in there.

    Clean, neat, pet friendly accommodation. Host was friendly. Best pet friendly accommodation we have stayed in in Bloem so far.
    Security could be better as the surrounding walls are low with no electric fence however no incidents occurred. The tv remote was dirty - sticky. The bathroom door couldn't close properly.
