    Terrible - do not stay here unless you want a very below par experience with a run down villa and owners who block you a
    Nothing, the Villa looked nothing like the pictures.
    Red ants nest under mattress in the master suite, broken floor tiles everywhere, no access to bins indoors, fridge didnt work, ash all over floor in master bedroom, freezer in the bar full of stagnated water, the swimming pool went green as the pumps clearly didnt work. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE OWNER ALSO TAKES A CASH DEPOSIT FROM YOU, TELLS YOU YOULL GET IT BACK WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND BLOCKS YOUR NUMBER.

    Had a great time in Benidorm, was just a bit dissapointed with the state of the villa
    The location was great. Fantastic views fron the garden area. Judith (the property manager) was very helpful. Deposit paid back within 8 days
    The state of the Villa was poor, lots of repairs needed. The bedrooms didn't reflect the photos posted on Booking.com Hot tub was not in use Electric kept tripping (Judith did try and sort this). We just kept flicking the switch at the main box. BBQ area was really dirty and unusable. Everyone who stayed was constantly bitten, make sure insect repellent is brought if other people stay. (This is obviously not the hosts fault).

    After reading several recent reviews suggesting that the villa was in a poor and decrepit state, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It is very spacious, with a lovely penthouse on the top floor. Beds and facilities are basic, but the villa was clean on arrival. The pool is fantastic, with a generous bar and sunbathing area, and the views of the sea are truly stunning.
    Some of the decor needs repairing or painting, and the bannisters on the spiral staircase need fixing, but generally speaking the villa is in a decent condition. The main negative is that almost a week later, and despite many messages with the owners, our 500 deposit still has not been returned. We had seen previous reviews and were quite wary of others who had said they did not have their deposits returned, but were prepared to take a chance. Unfortunately this has so far turned out to be true - they insisted on a cash deposit upon arrival presumably because they have no intention of returning it at the end - no one came to meet us upon check-out despite arranging a clear time upon check-in. It's a huge shame because with proper, honest management and slightly better upkeep, I would recommend this to anyone. However, DO NOT book this property unless you are prepared and can afford to add 500 on to the final price. We will be contacting Booking.com to file a complaint and ask them to help us reclaim our deposit.

    It was more about the people than the place!
    The location is great and cost of taxis was only 5 euro. Air conditioning in each room worked although no remotes to change the temperature. Outside space is great and the pool is lovely and clean. Fridges all working. plenty space for large parties.
    Communication with David was very poor. There were no clean towels provided at all. Sheets on the beds were clean but damp. One of the bedrooms did not have a bed in it at all so we have to share beds and one room had no door at all so little privacy. Few glasses, cups, plates or cutlery in the Villa, no kettle or working toaster. We had to purchase plastic cups to have a drink. Doors on the toilets did not all close properly or lock. One set of keys is not great for a large party of guests. This villa could be so much better with a bit of work put into it, its very worn and battered.

    Avoid at all costs!! Damaged, dirty and disgusting villa, makeover needed
    The villa was in a beautiful location with a beautiful view of benidorm
    The villa itself is in a beautiful location, however the villa is full of damage, needs a deep clean, TV's were not working, most sockets were not working the jacuzzi was not working, the BBQ area was so dirty we couldn't use it, most of the kitchen facilities were dirty therefor we didn't use them.the beds were not comfortable and I'm pretty sure the bed sheets were the same ones as the previous guests. The pool was dirty and full of flies.alot of damage already within the villa and around the pool area. I still haven't received my 500 euro deposit back which they said I would get back 3 to 5 days after, providing we didn't cause damage which we didn't, there is already damage all over the property before we even got there. The property needs a makeover and deep clean. I would avoid this property at all costs!!

    A perfect place for large groups needing a base whilst in Benidorm
    the size and amount of rooms were great for our party as there were 15 of us. The beds were very comfy.
    The water pressure wasnt great and some of the bathrooms didnt seem to get hot water. we were very disappointed that the jacuzzi was broken especially as this was one of the main reasons we booked this villa.

    Horrendous stay but enjoyed my friends company
    The location as view is stunning
    well where do I start! very poor communication from the property and left standing outside with all our cases for 45 mins before my came to let us in! The whole property needs work on it, from baths and showers not working. banister that is dangerous as moves when touched. kitchen unusable as no kettle and cutlery is filthy. The jacuzzi was full of garden debris so unusable. The villa is unfit for purpose and the fact we were a group of friends celebrating my birthday, could luckily laugh about it, but no one would want to take their family there safely. This villa should not be on booking.com!!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

    The person receiving us was very friendly.
    The location and views are amazing. The interior is very dated and broken. The glasses and bowls etc were not clean. This place needs a major investment to make it great. We had cockroaches in the houses and saw rats outside.
