    Good resort in Halong Bay
    Nice resort in Halong Bay - rooms are ok, nice lobby, beach and pool. The kids club needs a little renovation but is well attended. The best part was the breakfast, really good and diverse

    Infrastructure was good
    Service of staff was pathetic. We had few issues in room we checked in. The staff attending to it just banged the door. Further as being vegetarian option we're less and food in the hot live section was cold. Even after we requested to prepare the fresh hot food, it was finally never prepared and served. It was quite pathetic!

    Boat across was a novelty! They ran every 20 mins but could be a pain if staying longer than our 2 nights Ha Long itself was very quiet

    Beautiful location, the room was huge and had everything you need. The staff did the room up for our anniversary and left us a delicious cake
