Great stay

The room was very spacious (had a living room, a bedroom and 2 baths). The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The staff was nice.

The location is a bit far from the metro stations but also the taxi is not that expensive.

The staff were really nice and helpful ...rooms were super clean ... the receptionist, especially Sahiba, was friendly and welcoming We booked a 2 room apartment ... beds comfortable clean ,everything you need are available We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights Thank you guys

Being charged twice for the same stay and having to go round in circles with reception, booking and finances. Still don't know if I'm getting a refund for the double charge

Overall, it was alright. Kudos to the housekeeping(utkarsh ) and reception staff for doing a good job!

The stay was good, but nothing really caught my interest. Hoping you guys can spruce up the breakfast menu with fresher fruits and food options.

The hotel's got a solid 5-star vibe, but let's talk breakfast. Canned fruits and not-so-fresh juices were a bit of a letdown. And the place where they stash frozen stuff, like yogurt? Well, it could use some TLC. Now, the omelet station it just seemed a bit off, you know? Kinda unprofessional and not the healthiest setup. Bottom line: breakfast could use a bit of a glow-up.

Wonderful stay

My experience at this hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. All amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel were available. Gym, pool, room service The breakfast and dinner were beyond bountiful and i couldnt decide what to pick. The staff were welcoming and well behaved. Qumar who is is a housekeeping supervisor was very professional and I wont forget his quality of service.

Rooms The room was spacious and confortable equipped with a mini fridge, Ac and all essential amenities The bed was clean and comfortable! Loved the place!

Disappointing

There was a fridge, water boiler and hair dryer and wellness fitness opportunities.

First, the whole building was dirty from the outside like it was abandoned, no other building was this dirty! Second, dont plan to work from this hotel, because the wifi was a crap, sometimes my phone doesnt even connected or if it was connected I couldnt eves use messenger properly Third, the shower wasnt insulating at all so the bathroom was always full of water since we couldt wipe it up. Fourth, the pool is always in the shadow of the hotel building, no sun is shining, so do not plan to sunbathe there. Fifth, the hotel is very far from the city centre so plan on spending a lot of money on taxiing. There is a free shuttle service that the hotel provides, BUT only once: to the city at 12 and back from the city at 7 or 9 (I am not sure), and if you want to go to the Burj Khalifa you have to pay for the shuttle service to the beach and to the Emirates Mall it is free. Overall, for us it doesnt worth the money that we paid at all. It is supposed to be a 5-star hotel but is is rather a 3-4 star hotel.

Large spacious family room with 2 bathrooms. Very clean hotel. The heated swimming pool is a big plus. Friendly staff.

The only downside is the location. There is no possibility to go here by metro
