Spent new years here from uk. Was a lovely stay

Lovely decor and lovely staff, nice view of river , shame bout roadworks all round hotel but thats not their fault

Could definitely do with assessing the coffee situation at breakfast with only one coffee machine taking ages to make every coffee individually snd having to queue for upto 20 minutes to get s hot drink at breakfast. Could definitely provide a water urn for those wanting tea and a coffee pot for those not wanting cappuccino etc

So impressed with the facilities for families, brekky and the view was amazing

Breakfast was amazing - variety, freshness and suited many tastes. Coffee and pancake machines a definite highlight! Movies 4-8pm, popcorn, arcade games, ping pong, great value room service. Family friendly hotel!

Fridge was very small and milk not always replaced. Bathroom a little tight

I like that it is very accessible.

The room was hot! We could not control the AC. It seems like the mgt locked it to a certain temperature. It is summer in Brisbane and it kept my family awake in the wee hours of the night.

The comfy bed and TV that can be used. Clean room and cot is available

One room was not on the riverside view although I booked 2 rooms to be overlooking the river. I asked for them to have us 2 rooms on same floor level, which they gladly did, but one was not facing the river(window). I hope theyve explained well, I just assumed it's because others have booked ahead of us. Also not enough high chair in the resto and only few food for the bfast buffet compared to what I had before.

Very satisfied with my stay at VOCO

Location was very good! Although the hotel is old but its well maintained! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Highlight was the breakfast, they serve a very delicious one!

Room sizes were a bit small for 3! Parking is very expensive, but I think parking in general in Brisbane is insane!

The room was fantastic. Reception was great and the service to the room was terrific.

Lunch in the restaurant was a bit weird .. staff were cleaning, nobody around, had to order at the bar. My daughter asked for a non-alcoholic wine that was on the menu but apparently that was unavailable. Nothing else was offered. That was disappointing..

Stayed on Xmas eve, couldnt have been happier to wake up in voco on Xmas day :) will definitely be back!

Loved the central location, stylish decor, bar and restaurant looked very nice, movie room and games room are a great added bonus, pool was clean and well maintained. Room was exceptionally clean, and every interaction I had with staff was pleasant, 10/10, A++!
