The room was big enough and comfortable

The bed covers were a bit old. The kitchen didn't have any hob or utensils, we had to go down and request to use the common kitchen/microwave. The location is very remote and finding a cab is really difficult. The cabs refuse to drop as well after evenings. Every hotel provides at least a couple of complimentary water bottles. We were provided here as well but we were asked to pay when leaving, we were never told it was chargeable until checkout.

Response from reception

Shower taps were not working,we had to change room after complaining. They mentioned the kitchen is available in the booking. But there is only a kitchen room ,there is nothing in the kitchen,what should we do with the room. The area is very dusty with all the construction going on .
