    Great experience for relaxing
    The wellness area was top and very calm. The receptionist welcomed us nicely. The room was quite modern and valuable for this price
    Unfortunately there is only one room with a bath tub but has the same room type, so there was a disappointment after hearing that we pay the same price for less interior

    Really nice, comfortable and relaxing
    I loved it. It was clean, spacious with good facilities. The spa was really good and clean.
    Its a bit far from city centre, it was 22 min by car.

    Volcano lives up to its name-bloody hot and impossible to sleep
    Quiet AC is an issue- the staff did what they could and brought fans Not staff fault for horrible stay
    Supposed to have AC - not working and was +34 that day Towel rack doesnt work Thai massage-never again. Lady literally walked on my wife, wife couldnt wait for it to end Small room, small bathroom

    Room was clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was very good with good variety of food.
    Location was a bit out of centre.

    Comfortable and friendly hotel
    Nice location in Prague about a 10 min walk from nearest Metro stop. Hotel is very nice and quiet with well appointed rooms. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
    No coffee/tea facilities in the room would be my only call out
