The location is excellent, really feel like you're in the jungle. The beds are comfy.

Very hard to spot the resort due to a lack of clear signage, I can read Thai and English but still struggled to locate the sign. The food (Thai & Western) is abyssmal especially the breakfast which is stone-cold and the price does not at all match the quality 1/10. I understand we are in the forest but there was ants everywhere inside the room and out including dead ants stuck to the walls in the bathroom. The bathroom sink has an interesting feature where your feet get splashed when you turn the tap on. The shower water is lukewarm and the bathroom quite grimy.

Disappointing

The nature and river with several rope bridges are wonderful but you can enjoy that without actually staying here.

First of all there is no sign or anything that would guide you to reception. We stumbled upon it by accident when we wanted to ask for directions. Second of all photos embellished.We were staying in the wood dome and there are holes in the walls where wooden boards don't meet and around the doors. So at night keep it dark or expect mosquitoes. The regular room was tiny with no place to unpack or lay down anything. Food is tasteless and at breakfast cold. Also there was some annoying high pitch electronic or mechanical sound going on and off for at times very long periods. Staff tried to convince me it is just an insect but in my opinion it is probably some pump or generator. Very bad value for money ratio.

Nice place to stay in the nature but need to ask for the free motorcycle from the manager

The location is very exceptional in the middle of a forest. There are amazing views around and the terrace was surrounded with two rivers and water falls. It is very romantic place. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, specially Tomyam Soup. The manager is very kind and helpful.

One of the staff who gave me the key, I asked her about the motor bicycle key, and she said I have to pay 500 bat each day for rental. However, in the last day, after 6 nights, the manager said it is for free. In fact, I had feeling that it is for free to use by gusts, because other resorts of same level at Chiangmai they gave me motor bicycle to use for free. I also asked her in the second day and she said that I can use it for 200 Bat per hour! I feel regret that I couldn't use the motor bicycle during my stay of 6 nights, and I had to walk to the supermarket to buy what I need.

A nice setting, let down by poor service.

Very nice location, next to small stream with restaurant tables next to water. Room balcony was overlooking the water also but there was a corrugated metal roof between balcony water. The whole establishment was very clean.

The place seemed understaffed. The receptionist showed us the room and left us to it without offering us any further information about the accommodation or surroundings. There was one waitress serving tables at the restaurant, but she was not easy to find (maybe she was busy in the kitchen?). The food was overpriced and not particularly good. Breakfast was poor.

Mountain valley hideout hut with minimalist bent.

Located next to a small stream, which became a raging torrent overnight due to tremendous downpour the previous evening. The decor was an eclectic collection of Thai antique and Americana, while the modern glass-wrapped living room overlooking the stream was nice.

The noise of the rain on the metal roof and the surging stream was quite loud. The teak flooring boards were slightly warped, with a few loose screws. This presented a couple of potentially dangerous foot hazards when arising in the dark to use the toilet mid-night. The lack of any quality craftsmanship in the details indicated this could have been a 'project' completed by someone other than a seasoned construction person.
