Overall review.

They need a little renovation of bathrooms. Also they had one liquid soap dispenser, the same soap for hands, body, hair etc. They did not have any shampoo , any special soap for body, any conditioner for the hair. For women, that is not enough. Thank you. Also, a minor thing, sometimes the tea cups were perfectly cleaned, sometimes not.

Beautiful rooms with sea view, large balcony and room, friendly staff especially in the spa, comfortable beds, poor chairs with ocean view, close proximity to the beach, close to shops and boat trips/water sports, late check out available, Prosecco at breakfast on Saturdays.

the buffet breakfast and dinner wasn't very high quality, you had to pay for drinks even still water despite having booked half board.

Very good

Very pleasant, the front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Sea view, upper floor (4th), spacious room with balcony, well equipped.

The bathroom was large, but there was an opaque window between it and the bedroom, so when either of us got up during the night and put the bathroom light on, the whole bedroom lit up, waking the other person! I would not put a window in a bathroom for that reason. To what purpose?

Extreme music noise until 3:45 AM on the Saturday night coming from to the "experimental place" nearby. It was impossible to sleep at all.

Lovely couple of days, thank you

Location is perfect, its right at the beach and the sunbeds were close to the sea as well so its not just for pool people which is great. Breakfast and dinner was good, dinner was every night different, for breakfast there was a huge selection to choose. Restaurants and shops in 5 min walk. The rooms noise cancellation was pretty good, street noise and party sounds were not a big problem. I also liked that there were normal blankets for the beds, not just this double sheet solution which used many times. Room was clean, and tidied every day, even new towels given every day. The staff was really kind and nice, the ladies at the reception always happy, the young lady at the spa was also very friendly and helpful every time. We really appreciated that since our flight left at the evening, and we had to leave the room at 12, we still got the opportunity to take a shower in the afternoon at the spa shower (for free). We travel a lot every year and we never got this opportunity before.

Im still very happy with our stay, it was perfect and I would come back for sure, but I just would like to mention 2 things. Smoking is allowed at the terasse restaurant and at the pool/sunbed area. We tried to move from time to time to avoid but its just impossible, there was always someone who smoked, you can smell it from 3-4 sunbeds far, or in the restaurant from 3-5 tables far. Its simply discusting anyway, but since I was pregnant during our stay it was more concerning. Why normal ppl have to move and not smokers?... One more thing is a bit disappointing that when you go to the beach at 9 o'clock, there are already towels on the sunbeds everywhere - without people. Many of them stay empty until the afternoon or even the whole day, but they just "reserve" them. This is just rudness and stupidity of people, but maybe this could be supervised on some way.

we spent a wonderful stay, in a special location that exceeded our expectations

First of all, we congratulate the entire friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception for their professionalism, especially Mrs. Carmen, who was a real help to us. I was celebrating my birthday in the first day and the hotel staff offer me a card and wine in the room which was a lovely surprise. This romantic hotel is very well positioned in the center of Protaras, close to shops, restaurants, supermarket and the bus station and overall had a really great vibe. The spacious and modern hotel rooms with a sea view offer a wonderful view and the opportunity to admire the sunrise over the sea horizon. It's absolutely stunning. Located right on the beach with fine sand, only 50m from the sea with crystal clear and very warm water in October. The entry into the water is very smooth, up to fairly large distances from the shore. Right on the beach sunbeds there were 7.50 for 2 loungers and an umbrella.The hotel concentrates very well in its area a swimming pool of reasonable size and spaces with enough comfortable sunbeds, some of them even under some palm trees that offered the much-desired shade when the sun became too hot. The restaurant of the Bikini beach hotel, located adjacent to the pool area, offered the possibility of serving both breakfast, lunch and dinner, with various possibilities to compose your own desired menu. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the hotel offered tourists various leisure activities, with music and traditional or society dances.

We subscribe to the opinions of other tourists, posted on the website: a four-star hotel, with such prestige and quality, could offer tourists for breakfast the possibility of serving black coffee, freshly ground, not just ness caffe - the possible cost savings are not justify this singular offer, on the contrary, they are exceeded by the unwanted and wasted consumption of ness caffe and the dissatisfaction generated. We consider that a review of this offer and an enrichment of it in the sense of the above, would substantially increase, as a whole, the marks assigned by tourists to the hotel.
