Didnt meet minimum level of hygiene. Room needs cleaning and maintenance

Staff was friendly

Hygiene in the room. The room is very poorly cleaned. Just the floor and bed was clean. There was dust of 1cm on the lightswitch and spiderwebs in every corner. The shower was leaking water which causes a very humid environment (mold on walls; and the air smells like mold; with fan and window open its doable at night). It seems like the bathroom walls are not painted with proper paint for bathrooms, soaking up all the humidity. Shower did not provide warm water

OK but need improvements.

I stayed here for 2 nights and overall the staff was friendly and helpful. When i get to the place, i realized i booked the wrong date and he suggested me to change and helped me get to my room asap. Check in and check out was fast

I don't know how but on the site they gave me a different address and when i asked them they told me this is like a system of accomodations, and that's fine. However, when i get there as the address on booking.com, it was wrong. I managed to call them but they transferred me to another side and i get to their main base after all. The room i was given is overall ok with necessary facility but they seem to be old and some was broken, i think they really need to work on that.

Exceptional

This is a steal deal. The room is very big and it is super comfortable with all amenities provided, totally value for money. All major Da Lat attractions are within 5 kms distance so accessibility is not an issue. The staff is also very friendly and is always ready to help you. It's advisable to book an airport taxi from the hotel as they charge you very less (around 13 USD) for a distance of more than 30 kms. Overall a great value for money stay.

Youth hostel?!

The staff was very helpful, when we asked for it.

Made me think more of a youth hostel than a hotel. Which is fine, but should have been more clear. Location is not really ideal, unless you rent a scooter. Cleanliness could improve, especially in the common kitchen.

needs huge improvement - trying there best but its not worth the money

- the girl was clearly upset that we were unhappy - they did discount our rooms and early departure

- the mould on the rooms - a lot - arguments in reception - screaming - barely ever staff there - had to sit in reception for hours even though our room was ready - when moved rooms they said it will be a bit longer at 9:30 pm! - very long wait for bike rental - location was far away from points of interest
