Overrated

Overestimated resort in West Bali. The huts are nice: room is big, outdoor shower is nice , privacy is insured if you want to stay here in honeymoon- but for that kind of money You can definitely find Much more beautiful and accessible In other locations. I will Never visit again and I dont recommend .

Overrated , they add 20% tax to everything including massage ( I never experienced this in Bali or other islands) Extremely difficult small road from main roads , no external transportation wants to come there you are isolated in the middle of nothing - the shuttle its a joke- a normal car. Also the breakfast if you did not book it in advance is Extremely expensive for the average options they offer. I did not feel welcome in this resort- impersonal and cold staff- nothing special to worth mentioning is not Bali feeling at all. I will Never visit again and I dont recommend .

Best experience. I really enjoy everything here. No doubt! One of the best property that i 've visited! Staffs were super friendly. I experienced a candle dinner. You must try the steak, it was awesome.

We spent 3 nights and it felt as we were in paradise. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel was built into a wonderful tropical garden with wonderful flowers, plants and trees and everything was extremely well maintained. It felt like being in a green zen oasis We had an ocean front villa with private pool and this villa was wonderful with a lot of privacy, very well and charmingly decorated and surrounded by wonderful trees and flowers. The food in the restaurant was excellent and always freshly prepared. We enjoyed the spa (best massage in Bali) and an afternoon trip to explore the rice field with hotel guidance and bikes, which were brand new MTB! All in all it was a paradisiac stay ! Thank you very much for this experience!

Our happy place

Everything is wonderful in this place. Staff are so polite and helpful, the entire place is very well kept and extremely clean. Everywhere you look, there is beauty. It is very quiet, the perfect place to relax and recharge. We stayed one week and could have stayed more and would definitely return and recommend this place. It was our second time coming here and it didn't disappoint. You can hear sound of small animals and even see some wildlife. Villas are separated enough so you don't hear or see your neighbours so you get plenty of privacy. The ocean next to it is not for swimming but we have seen people surfing. There are free daily shuttles to a local traditional market, Canggu beach and Tanah Lot temple. They also have a little gym and a SPA with reasonable prices. The food in the restaurant's hotel is good and the breakfast is one of the largest I've had. A, and they also have a nice small library with books in English, French and Spanish. And bikes. And afternoon complimentary afternoon tea or coffee.

If you are not a nature person and you despise insects or animals, this might not be the place for you. This place is alive, you can hear and see gekos and other lizards, birds, crickets, frogs, spiders and others, especially in the night. They can also enter the villas so you should keep that in mind in case these are making your skin crawl. To me though, the benefits overcome this minus by far. I was also bitten by a stray dog that came from the beach into the property. It wasn't aggressive and probably tried to play but I still had to get rabies shots. The hotel staff was very helpful, found a clinic to go and take the vaccin and organised transport with a charge (but with a discount). However, given that it happened on their property, I would have appreciated if they would have at least covered for the transport.
