    everything in the bedroom was broken, even after they transferred me to a new room. no working lights! please refund me.

    Very good but they need to be careful with declining service levels
    Quality as usual. Stayed here many times
    Standard has gone down. Valet services were no where near the standard and they seemed disinterested. I understand there were Union issues to deal with but overall this service was disappointing

    Definitely an upscale property
    I was only there for 2 days and the day I wanted to spend time at the pool, I felt it was unnecessarily closed due to circumstances beyond the hotels control. I was never offered any compensation.

    The decoration of the rooms was nice. The location was good.
    The food from the room service was horrible. I asked for extra Caesar sauce and received tomato sauce. We used the spa... The facility was extremely dirty and the massage was above average. I paid for a room with a view and received one with a view of a crane. We were given another room on a lower floor but at least we had a nice view.

    gorgeous hotel but competition is fierce in the 5stars category
    location beautiful rooms Dyson hair blower Espelette restaurant with good food and very kind staff
    not enough staff at checkin/check out & valet. no evening service of the room small fitness, no proper space to stretch no machines for legs, call to get towels nobody showed up.
