Small hotel well remodeled, very well situated. Nearby Montparnass train and metro station in a nice area. The room and badroom were clean, nice bedding and sheets, enough towels, perfect noise and cold isolated, cozy, confortable warm (I was in winter), with all you need, tv, Pleasant staff Had a nice balcony which in summer must be very enjoyable.

Superb

Greeted by a very lovely gentleman on the front desk. The room was very quiet given where the hotel is situated. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Great shower. Great location. All in all, a great hotel if you need somewhere to stay in Paris that is central, close to the Metro and also has some great restaurants nearby as well. Excellent.

It was a nice jump off point and it served our purpose.

It was close to the Quimet Marche, walking distance to the sights we wanted to see. The lobby was nice and welcoming. It also was close to the Gare Montparnasse which was our jump off point travel.

The family room was small. And the bath tub was high.

Excellent location and friendly staff - highly recommend.

Excellent location with many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Also very convenient for the train. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

We stayed for two nights and on the first night it was quite noisy from the room above us - loud talking and laughing from the occupants that carried down into our room.

On the front desk the woman staff was very unfriendly looked over to us start speaking another customer clearly we were standing there continue to answer the phone and informed us the room was booked for 2 person I had 9 years and 14 years children with me she said we cant stay there because of the laws I informed her when I booked it it was for 1 adult 2 children she insisted to check the room and I said where can I go know already paid for the room she just said she didnt know?? And I asked if they have another room I can pay and stayed with my children after back and forth conversation she said have a room with 3 bed I need to pay 60 euro I did she changed the room In the morning the man in front of the desk was very nice and pleasant
