    Location excellent very close to night market and restaurants, and bus station. Spacious room, light, good air-conditioning. Pool. Good breakfast. 24 desk really great as our plane was very late.
    Hard beds, not comfortable. Could hear people in next room clearly. Connecting door was locked but is not soundproof. Noisy staff in the morning. Pool quite cold and area is unwelcoming. Worse is that pool access is only by stairs down from the 2nd floor, no access allowed from the same ground level.

    Great old hotel centrally located.
    Centrally located very close to restaurants, night market and bus depot.
    Very friendly, massage therapists line the street to the south of the hotel. Take alternate routes to and from hotel if this is something that bothers you.

    Great location, hard beds.
    Location and staff and parking.
    I have spinal issues and have had spinal surgery. The beds are too hard, and my spine locks up overnight. The staff did their best, but there aren't really any options. Despite this, I will stay there again mostly due to parking and location. I just have to keep each stay short.

    A good place to stay in the heart of Chiang Rai
    Great location. My room was very big and the bed was comfortable. Some people have given the beds bad reviews but they were great for me. I had a great nights sleep. AC good. Bathroom clean and bathtub was very comfortable to lay down in and relax
    Make sure you ask for a room that's not facing the bars or restaurants. It's very loud. I asked to switch rooms and they did it with no issue. Breakfast was very basic and not very good but their Thai style coffee is great!

    Thought we would treat ourselves so spent a bit more.Should have stayed somewhere else.
    Friendly staff, clean room, good aircon, good breakfast. Location was good.
    Requested soft bed, but didn't get one. Bed was hard and had sore back most mornings. Water pressure was really poor. Over priced for what we got.

    Fab location. Greta staff.
    The location was brilliant, right in town. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
    Swimming pool gets very little to no sun due to where it is. Also access is through the dining room which is not great.
