    The house had lots of space and lots of beds that were comfy. The location was good-not far from the beach and convenience store. There were plenty of towels available and they provided shampoo, conditioner and soap- although we used our own.
    When we first entered the house, there was an overwhelming smell of wet dog. The smell didn't go for the first 2 days we were there and it was overpowering. We had to buy room spray and spray the entire downstairs several times. We also washed the sofa as the cushions smelt of dog so we figured they would have had dogs on the sofa. The water was black from cleaning the sofa!!! The bin outside was full to the maximum so we couldn't put anything in there. There wasn't enough toilet roll provided. The furniture is all very dated and broken. There was a terrible small fly infestation in the kitchen. We spent the whole stay spraying bug spray to try to get rid of them but there were hundreds. We ended up throwing away food we had brought as they got into the packaging and we couldn't cook or eat in the kitchen with the amount of flies. Worst bit was, I told the owners and they ignored my comments.

    The house was fine for a short stay except cooking equipment
    modern decor. nice towels and bedding.
    variable shower temperature. cooking utensils pans etc. were insufficient for 10 people. Roasting tins were rusty and greasy. there were no items such as can opener and chopping board.

    Fantastic family holiday
    Fantastic place to stay. We are a family of 6 4 children 2 adults it had everything we needed they even went above and supplied a highchair for our 1 year old. It was very clean all children had their own room which they prefer. TVs in the rooms. Very comfortable. We had a fantastic few days and will definitely be back. Very happy with the house decor lovely, Plenty towels very clean and not far to walk to promenade. Thank you for a brilliant holiday. I had a problem getting in the door with code one day owner was very helpful and sent a lovely lady round to help very quickly.
    Nothing couldnt fault it at all.

    Warley House.. Lovely
    Very spacious house. Very nice fresh decor. The house has obviously been refurbished recently to a very high standard. Everything we needed was there.
    Nothing. The only thing I would say there was a lot of litter and dog mess along Warley Road but this is obviously an issue that has to be dealt with by the local council.

    property was very clean, had plenty of cleaning products as well as towels provided. The location was perfect 5 mins walk to the beach and the tram stop so it was perfect.
