Poor

Not good and was the most expensive place we stayed in New Zealand

It was clean

It wasnt three bedrooms as advertised. Just an extra single bed put in the lounge room Parking was poor The steps up to the apartment were not good and were slippery on the day we were leaving due to wet weather

Have comfortable beds

Parts of the house had mould etc main bedroom wall down by bed side drawer looked like something and been spilt on the wall and then had grown mould, around the back of bathroom taps had mould, it had advertised that there were breakfast but one container was emptied and only 7 Weetbix for a family of 5 and raw pasta, plus it didnt advertise that owner was still staying on the premises down bottom of the house, foot path to the entrance was uneven to walk on.

Very good

Private and quiet

Very clean and tidy and a good location. Morning Tui song was lovely . Quiet and private. Nice Instruction sheet for the house on the bench.Would totally stay again.

Was only 2 bedrooms not three as advertised. Extra beds were in the living area. It would have been good if the breakfast was clearly explained or labeled.

Superb

Lovely place to stay. Happily recommend it and will stay again if opportunity arises

Lovely host. Very clean and comfy and well equipped. Happily stay there again. Great location for us as we had an event nearby. Beds were super comfortable and the place is well appointed. It is down in a cul-de-sac and the surrounding bush gives a wonderful feeling of being away from it all!

How to get in on arrival could have been clearer. There is signage and you just need to go up. Found the smoke alarm in the main bedroom a little distracting with the light.
