The new checking system is good if you dont have an issue but we did and it could have been sorted if there was someone on site to help

nothing - moved to a different hotel after the first night

Cleanliness - first room was gross - mold on the shower. Moved to a second room & bathroom still wasn't clean. Mattress was uncomfortable. Location is pretty good & it's cheap but you but buyer beware

Lovely Stay in Fabulous North Beach

Great location, our room was roomy with park and church views. Although there was no 'person' to chat with the communication when needed was pretty good, and we were able to store our luggage, both with our early arrival and when we checked out.

Carpet needs replacing. Never having a live person to talk to was a learning curve along with the keyless entry. A bit intimidating, especially when you aren't a smart phone 'pro'.

Good location, decent room. Shame about lack of staff and noise from road.

Great location near Washington square park in a cool area. Good size room and bathroom.

No one available on reception. The open key app to open the room. Room Number 1 is on the ground floor next to the road so is quite noisy with people walking past and traffic. Also did not feel secure. The flow of water in the bathroom sink was poor.
