Disappointed with management and hospitality after experiencing no heat in our $439 room for the first night.
I liked the location and size of the rooms.
I did not like the poor treatment received from the staff. After trying to get the heat in our room started, when it would not warm the room at 10:30pm at night, I called down to the front desk and was told that we can move to another room. It was almost 11pm at that point and I was too tired to move to another room. We were paying $439 for one night so I asked for a portion of my money back to make up for the hours in the cold. I was told no. I asked for a 3pm check out to compensate for the discomfort and cold and was told no. The manager at the front desk responded with sarcasm belittled my complaint about not having heat in our room for the first night. This was extremely upsetting and hurtful.

Stay was nice staff was very pleasant.
Room was comfortable. Wasn't very well supplied for the price. Electrical and lighting was subpar. Bathroom wasn't restocked with needs after use.
In room coffee was subpar for the price. Outlets didn't work well and some seemed even dangerous. Cleaning service didn't restock soaps an the like after usage.

Beautiful girls getaway!
The property is just beautiful! The gardens are lovely, views are breathtaking and it doesnt hurt that we had outstanding sunny weather!! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The building itself is gorgeous and very inviting.
Our room could have used another upholstered chair. The bathrooms by the beach should have been unlocked. The front desk should have explained the $50 coupons. We had no idea and found out at checkout that we had a $50 unused credit, we would have eaten dinner at the hotel if we had known and would have spent far more than the $50 credit. Instead we went to the movies and then had dinner and drinks off property.
