Location and property is worth all the money. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. As booking includes all three meals and it's a buffet, and the options were good. They were kind enough to make out-of menu food (Pongal) for my 2yr old kid.

I wish the staffs were more friendly. Overall the stay was average

Property is located in a scenic place. We got delayed and checked in late and the staffs had saved us some food, which was a warm gesture of hospitality.

The property staffs were rude. I had booked this property 2 weeks before my actual stay, but a family member passed away and I couldnt make it. I asked for a refund and they did not agree & I was forced to move it to another date and travel. When asked if there will be any spotting during the jungle safari, one the staffs responded that this is not a zoo to show you tigers, if you are lucky you will see one which I found absolutely rude. Could have been better in communicating things.
