Nice place, friendly owner, but a bit too many restrictions for the guests

Good breakfast, good location, friendly and helpful staff.

No food, no shoes, no laundry, no visitors, no turning off the light... I was a bit stressed during the stay not to break any rule. I can understand that every host can apply as many rules as they want at their place, but I was a bit surprised that I have not encountered that many restrictions in my 100+ reservations. Nonetheless, 9/10 is an exceptional stay.

Amazing!

Great place to stay! Everything is done with so much care and love by owner Jackie. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The breakfasts are nice and beautifully served. The location is in the old town, so everything in walking distance.

Everything! Jackie is such a lovely host! My room was so comfortable, clean and safe. I felt like home. Breakfast is the most delicious in Thai made with love. Location is superb! I really loved this place.

Small but nice guesthouse, clean rooms and well located. Very nice and helpful hosts who do everything they can to make you feel at home. The breakfast is top class. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. The room was huge and the bed too. We had everything we needed and would always come back (:

Nothing to complain about. Maybe the mattress could be a bit softer. But thats a common problem in Thailand.
