    SUPERB HOTEL AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF
    Lovely hotel on the beach front, beautifully maintained grounds and pool, beach beds and towels , all part of the service. Very friendly staff , who couldn't do enough for you. Lovely buffet breakfast , with so much to choose from and delicious too, just by the beachfront .The staff were so polite and in attendance always. The beach was so clean , on the door step
    Cannot think of any negatives as it was sad to leave for our next destination.

    Everything you need out of a hotel.
    Everything this is such a lovely hotel in every way - this is our fourth time here and will definitely be back. The restaurant on the beach is huge bonus.

    Nice place and will come back.
    Great location with surf learner spot right outside your door. Plenty of staff and resident surf coach. Restaurant Cutty Sark cooks great food albeit food portions are a bit on a small side :) Massive bathrooms and massage on site.
    Noise from the neighbouring hotel Marriott AC fans placed in the wall during the night. The kettle in the room was cheap plastic and made the tea taste funny and not good. Maybe invest in steel tea kettles.

    Great hotel on the beach.
    Everything was fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the beachside pool and sunloungers, and having an ice cold beer on the beach.

    Flies and mosquitoes in restaurant area. As these insects cannot fly long distance (especially in windy situations), the source of the problem may be something close-by!

    I really liked the service that the location of the restaurant next of the beach, the restaurant manager's service.
    There are no slippers in the room. It was inconvenient to have one toilet and one shower in the family suite room.

    Really enjoyed our short stay!
    Really spacious room and bathroom particularly! Pool area was lovely, direct beach access and beautifully kept gardens. Breakfast was lovely too, plenty of choice.
    A la carte restaurant menu is a little pricey for what you get. The fridge didn't work.

    On the beach, close other bars and restaurants.
    The only reason i didnt give full stars to the staff was the one man on reception. He was incredibly unwelcoming, just hid behind the desk all day without acknowledging anyone. Everyone else was wonderful, the turn down staff were excellent, the bar & restaurant staff excellent, all of them, excellent
