Quiet location, spacious house, cool garden, amazingly kind and helpful owner, cute pool, strong WiFi signal, comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean overall.

The shower could be upgraded, but it's a minor thing.

Not suitable for our needs

This property wasnt to our taste and was smaller than wed assumed from the photos, so we decided to leave early. It was not accessible for my mother the stairs were extremely steep and access to the pool wasnt possible without a step for her which they didnt provide. It seemed really cramped for us as a family of 5 and it wasnt very comfortable and had ants all on the table which was the only seating area for us The outdoor pool was nice, and had floats in it though the seating was really worn and was just 2 plastic deck chairs. the sofa bed was small and was made up as a bed as we requested on arrival :) It was also a little bit out on the sticks, great if thats what you want. But it was more of an area for locals, though it was a private gated entrance and has a wall built around it :) Im sure this would be a great place for some, but for us we didnt think it was a good fit. The owner was super lovely and accommodating and offered help and was polite and spoke good English.

The location. . Close to macro and 7/11 supermarkets. . Shop 1 minute walk down the road. . The owner can arrange a motorcycle for you. .two fresh organic coconuts on arrival. .The hotel is situated close to Thai villages.

Nothing to dislike.

Awesome stay

We stayed one month in this villa. And i can say, its perfect place to relax, work and just live. Its quite, not like in the center where is very noisy. Host can quickly arrange a scooter rental to reach all destinations in Ao Nang. Villa have everything what you need for short or long stay, i highly recommend. And the host ( Nont ) its like your right hand, he's super friendly and he takink care of all your stay. If all people were like Nont, the world would be much better :)

Great host

We arrived there with the host waiting for us. Nont (the host) is such a nice guy. He provided us with everything we needed. Even help us booked an affordable island tour package. He also gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Help us rent a scooter too for a good price. The villa itself is very nice, away from the touristy Ao Nang beach. Spotless clean when we checked in. Pool was cleaned everyday. If I have anything to complaint, all is cancelled by the heartwarming service provided by Nont. Do stay here.
