Great stay, would come again

The rooms were very clean and perfect for a 3 day trip. The bathroom was a bit small but again for 2 people and a short trip it worked well. The rest of the room was spacious and there were plenty storage places. The staff was also friendly. The spa area was really nice, the pool was big and there is also an outside area. The family sauna was a nice touch aswell.

There isn't a restaurant in the Hotel itself, so if you want to eat something you'd need to go to the old town (unfortunately everything was closed because it was new year) or get something from the petrol station, there is also a great Indian restaurant nearby (Golden India).

Smart choice for a good stay in Sursee

Second stay at this hotel, same purpose: splitting our long trip from Belgium to Italy. We got the same room of 2021 too. The location was perfect for us, near the highway, with a car wash and supermarket close by. The covered and free parking is a plus. The hotel staff is very kind and cleaning is also very good. Our room was large and modern. The best part was the access to the wellness, so that we could recover from the long drive.

The bathroom is too small, especially because the door is opening towards the inside, though the large space available in the rest of room. The mattress is maybe a bit too rigid. Breakfast has limited choice and just sufficient quality of food.

Superb

Staff excellent. Place spotless. Very welcome after long 10hr day driving.

Spotless, easy to find, free parking for camper van, staff were excellent, potential to use gym and pool.

Not a dislike. We couldnt get there in time to use spa facilities due to lorry breakdown in gotthard tunnel - causing 6 hour detour and delay. Not the hotels or anyones fault but we sadly couldnt comment on the gym or pool. Dressing gowns a tad small!
