Very friendly staff and a lovely room. Had everything we needed nearby and it was only a short walk to the pier.

It never disappoints. Everytime we go to brighton, we make sure to stay there, it is really clear, friendly, and spacious

Sometimes the street is noisy, but we tend to go on weekends and it is brighton after all :) nonethless, the room provides earplugs which is very helpful

Nice and tidy room and bathroom with all the amenities youd need for a little weekend getaway. Greeted warmly upon arrival too

Maybe if the blinds were better at keeping our light. But wasnt a major issue!

Lovely owner, great location

Great host, who was always willing to help us and satisfy our needs. Very close to the city centre and the main attractions. Spacious rooms, big beds and lots of amenities, which made our stay very pleasant.

We love swimming in the sea at Brighton and enjoyed a night dip, so we were very cold and loved the contrast of the cold to the warmth of the room and hot water in the shower...a great welcome for us. The area was perfectly close to the beach front, and in an area we really like.

A little noisy in the street, but not too disruptive.

Amazing value for money!

The location was fantastic and the hotel was great value for money. There were very good facilities with access to extras if needed and the staff were really friendly.

You could hear everything going on outside the hotel.
